    My Ally scored a 390.



    I ran it again tonight and got a 401. Not sure what the difference is, but a little better.



    Unrooted, btw.

    There is an app called "quadrant standard" in the market. It's free.

    I get all the way to the end of the test and get an error but I did see that my Ally was a 390. I have not rooted and am running the stock VB upgrade.

    Also stock VB upgrade and unrooted. I may root if we don't get the 2.2, but frankly, it scares the dog doo out of me. I don't want to brick my phone! I really, really, really want to be able to move my apps over to the sd card though.

    I use Set CPU to bench mine and I get 642. It is quite laggy at times. I have rooted it. What should be my first step to speed her up?
