    This is what I use and my battery somtimes lasts 2 and a quarter days. But it requires you to root. In this thread I also show you how to root the ally using an application that currenty works, gingerbreak is a one touch root method so you don't have to worry about screwing ur phone up.     can some one help me i am quite new to this smartphone generation. i just got my all about a moth ago si ive had it for almost 2 mohts. im constantly tweaking with settings to get better battery life. ive been reading these foums for quite awhile they have been really helpful ive tried all the tricks to make my ally battery life longer. some things work some dont but it still switche back and forth. can some one please provide me with more tips. to extend my battery life. i do have two batteries. it seems that my phone charges faster with the wifi on. anyways can someon please help me more!

    Turn off wi fi when you can and.dim your screen and watch what you have on your wall paper

    Try Juice Defender on the play store. It help to conserve battery by closing things up when they are not needed.
