I recently bought an ally....yeah! Love it, however, i tried to transfer a video from my old phone via sd card and got only picture... no sound. Any ideas?

What type of audio is in the file? Its possible is has Qualcomm Audio which will not play in the LG Ally. make your videos use MP3 audio and you will be fine. You may need to find an app on your computer that will convert that video and audio into something that the Ally supports. MP4 is just a container, whats in the container? The MP4's I play on my phone have h264 video with mp3 audio and they play fine. Copy one of your videos to your PC and open it in a program like mediainfo or gspot and it will tell you what type of video and audio are in the file.
