Help with flash images

I am trying to access some web pages. However, I get a little box that says "Flash player required". My phone is Android version 2.2.1 and the SW version is VS740ZVD. Shouldn't I be able to see flash on a web page?? Thanks for any insight you can give me. It's much appreciated.

Thank you. I was under the impression that when the froyo upgrade came through, we would be able to see flash images. What a bummer! Anything in the workings for this phone to be flash enabled?

Unless the folks who make the flash application make it work with the Ally's processor the answer is no. So I wouldn't count on it anytime soon.
