No audio on videos transferred to computer

I have videos of my baby from the past 12 months on my sd card on my Ally. I just transferred them to my computer but, there is no audio when I play them on the computer. I can only hear audio when played on my phone. Anyone know why the audio didn't transfer? Or how to get my computer to recognize the audio? I called the Geek Squad but they were no help. These video's are very important to me & I wanted to move them to my computer so that I can burn them to a cd for viewing on my tv. Please help me! I don't want them to be trapped on my sd card!
