My nephew was playing with my phone and accidentally dropped it in some water, now the screen won't work at all when it's turned on. Is there any way to fix it? I really don't want to pay 90 dollars for a replacement phone.

be sure it is off and remove the back cover and the battery - let them air dry with the battery compartment sidedown - if you can, keep it near a slightly open window (in dry cool weather) - keep it this way for at least 2 or 3 days without touching it - then replace the battery and the back cover and try turning it on - since it isn't working now, you have nothing to lose but can hope. I have had several phones in my life drop in toilets, sinks with running water, and on concrete in pouring rain and after using this method, have been one lucky gal with no ill effects. Good luck!
as a side note: under the battery compartment is a small white rectangle box...in a phone that has never seen moisture it will be plain white, in a phone that has been wet, you will see red/pink XXX marks - this is to let reps and techs know if your phone has water damage. It isn't always fair tho, as moisture from body heat might might also cause them to appear.
The screen hasn't worked for over a month =/ phone turns and everything i just cant see anything on the screen.
