Let me start by saying this is my first smartphone and I've only had it a few days. Thanks for your patience if this is a stupid question. How do I re-send a failed text, my old phone would ask if I wanted to re-send. I don't see an option under menu & it didn't re-send automatically when I got a better signal. When I touch the actual message it switches to phone mode like it is goning to call me back. Also I have the powersave widget on my home page and I don't know what the 3rd & 4th buttons do. The first one is Wi-Fi, the 2nd is bluetooth, & the last one is screen brightness, can you clarify the other 2?

    thanks

Sorry, I don't know about resending a message, but on the powersave widget, the third one is GPS and I think the fourth one is Sync.

If I remember correctly (has only happened once to me), you press and hold on the message that failed/didn't send until a window pops up. I will also say that it wound up sending both txt in my case. Hope that's it and it helps.

thanks to both of you JLC, I was trying to figure out which I can do without to save on battery. Proto, it did bring up a window that had forward as an option so I was able to forward to original contact. Thanks again

I believe you can also press the icon next to the message that says it failed to send, and it'll automatically send it again. I did something like that once, but I havent had it happen much more than that
