I found the answer to saving picture message. open the message to see pic. softly touch and hold, message options will come up. click copy attached to sd card. go to gallery. it will be downloaded.

this is great info; however, when I softly touch, some words in white appear both below and above the picture; however, these flash for a nano-second and I'm not able to engage or even see what they say. I did catch one on bottom right that said 'menu,' but that's about it



please help?

its not your battery. When he says "lightly Touch" he means to just lightly place your finger on it and hold for a few seconds. the ally also has a pressure sensitive screen placement.
