having trouble flashing a rom:(

I have an Lg ally and i am trying to flash a rom using rom manager. i tried installing it from my SD and when it rebooted my phone it just gets stuck on the boot screen... what should i do?

You might go to the market, rom manager (clockworkmod) and check out a very informative video they have there.

But its not just with flashing a rom, it is whenever i reboot my phone. like whenever i just do a reboot. I even tried a hard reset and it wouldnt let me cuz it froze on reboot
