I am considering getting the desk dock for my phone but I thought I would cousult the fourm about it first. I am bad saver of money and I have $14.00 and I saw the retail of the dock was like about $20.00. I have a protective case for my phone and I can take it off but it is difficult to get it off. I was wondering if they gave extra space for that. Also is it possible to txt or open the internet with it on. If you have it or know can you give me a review of it. Thanks

There is no extra space for a cover. The back of the phone is snug with the dock. A cover would prevent the phone from connecting.

Yes, you can access the web and text while docked but using the external keyboard is difficult.

I can't speak for others who use/have the dock, but I absolutely love mine. I dock my phone at night and use it as an alarm clock. Before I actually go to sleep (while watching TV or reading) I use the phone as a digital picture frame. It scrolls through my pictures nicely.

For me, it's a pretty useful item.

Glock, that's a great idea! Using the phone in the dock as a digital picture frame. It never dawned on me. Thanks buddy!
