We did it via thge LG update tool. No use waiting for OTA.

If you want OTA though you need to make sure WiFi is on and connected to a WiFi access point.

I have never had trouble with my phone locking up but since adding froyo it has several times now mainly when turning wifi off/on and when switching to Airplane mode. ( Restarting fixes )

Last night power went out, called power company to report it (Because a very loud boom preceded it). Put phone down. Picked it back up about an hour later and hit the call button and it was stuck on trying to call the last number. It wasn't really trying to call, but I couldn't bring up my call log or anything. Ended up having to remove the battery and reboot. And Handcent was a little buggy. Hard to explain.

I haven't had any freezing issues and my ram issues have worked themselves out.

I like the Black theme for the Android Home. My brother called me a couple minutes ago and when his photo came up on the screen it looked sharp.

I also like the fact that landscape works in both directions now instead of just the direction with the keyboard on the bottom. I use Kindle for Android a lot where I don't need the keyboard open. There have been many times where I picked the phone up and had it in the wrong direction and had to flip the phone to get landscape to work. Now I don't have to worry about it.
