well i did a factory reset and phone seems fine.

only issue i'm having thus far is the apps that i have that are relatively big won't go over to the SD card! oh well...

quite funny that this was the *big* thing we have been waiting for to *save* our phones... =p

    oh well, oh well.

Pretty sure it was. I never have a use for extended warrantees. I'm typically quite gentle with my electronics.

How are you getting 40 hours of battery life!? I have heard other people say that too.

And you said you have 100 apps. I only have 6 apps (not including the ones from Verizon that can't be uninstalled). I am a medium user with only 6 apps and I can't get even 24 hours out of my battery. Before the 2.2 update, I got maybe 5 hours. After the update, I am getting about 11 hours.

So, that does officially mean I got this phone with a bad battery right?

When I. Take this phone to Verizon, they better give me a new battery or an extended battery at no charge. Cause I definitely did nothing wrong here.

Ya gonna have to call bs there. Some things I just chalk up to "It was said by a random person on the internet..."

But we are now able to move MANY apps safely to the SD card - that alone made my day.
