Settings > Applications > Manage Applications. Give your phone a second to read all the Apps you have downloaded. Touch an App. If App2SD is available "Move to SD card" will be lit up. If your App is already on the SD Card "Move to Phone" will be lit up.

NOTE: If you intend to use a Widget from an App, that App needs to stay on the phone, as far as I can tell.

To create a shortcut to Manage Applications onto any Home Screen, long-touch the home screen > Shortcuts > Settings > Manage Applications.

I suggest a shortcut to Manage Applications to remind you to clear cache occasionally, too. For example, if your phone gets sluggish clear your browser cache for more zip.

    Umm, to store stuff on?

If the option to save an app to the SD card is grayed out, you can't save that app to the card. If it isn't grayed out and you still can't save an app to the card, you may need to reformat your card.

Are you going to each app to clear cache individually or all at once?

I just open each and do it. If I have been using an App a lot, it will dawn on me to check how big that cache got. Only once was I surprised it passed 1.6MB though. I think it was the browser-- no, it was the Market! Definitely, the Market. So, now if I get busy on the Market checking out Apps, the next day I'll clear that cache (if I remember).

its the developers choice as to offer that feature. often you will find that a particular app will update, with this feature added. so just check after an update, 2 see if it is now possible.

Certain apps, like alarm clock apps, won't function properly on an SD card.

Laroke96, I had the same feeling when I got my Ally. But truth be told, Android uses the card, whether you do or not. Android has to have the SD card for storage; in addition, music, pictures, etc. are all stored to the card. So whether you think you're using the card or not, you are.
