Please Help, Need Help Deleting Downloads From My Phone

I ve got an LG version 221 model #lg-p500h I need to delete some downloads as I have no room left. I'm kinda a dummy and don't know how, can anyone help?

Or you can just go to the download app in your app drawer, long press on the download you want to delete and delete them that way.

Or go into menu>settings >application >manage application and uninstall them,clear cache& data etc.
