HELP! Weird Alarm Going Off Every Hour!

So my friend has a LG phone she uses through cricket. She does not know which brand it is so i am just posting it here.
Here is the problem, every hour this alarm goes off, sounds like chimes. It even goes off while music is playing and such. She said she doesnt know how to turn it off and wont trust me tryin to fix it unless I ask "professionals" first. Also it is not her normal alarm either, cause she uses an alarm every morning to wake up, but this is some other alarm that goes off by itself (on the hour).
Any body know how to fix this problem or know where to look on the phone to turn this off?

There is am alarm or notification of spme kind every hour - is there nothing in the notification bar assosiated with it?
