    SD Card Storage

Is there anyway to move items from my download folder in the gallery to the sd card? I don't have a computer right now either so I was hoping to do it only using my l55u. Also, is there anyway to change my storage options as far as dowloads go so it just saves directly to the sd card? Like even my saved attachments go to my dl folder.

Hello shagmastuh, welcome to the forum!

In answer to your question, I am not a tech expert, but I don't believe it's possible to do what you're talking about. Hang on until one of the Rescue Squad guys can swing by and answer the question.

Ok I'm currently still looking around web trying to learn what is what. I have no idea what a lot of abriviations mean, what apps are most useful, how to utilize this sd card, if I can increase functionality by installing some app that let's you have the same capabilities, or even things like when to clean the cache files? When do cookies need to be deleted? The list goes on lol. Just let me know if its possible, I thought I had found an answer but it looked like it was showing how to "root" your phone or something like that. Is that a real possible way to manipulate storage files?

Its already in your download folder, hence the name download. To access your photos from your phone without a pc to send, move, copy, paste. Download Android File Manager in the play store. Just go to your download folder after its installed your photos from the download in your gallery should be present. Also any 3rd party programs will also be seen in your download folder. The android file manager is just like program files on your computer. Just instead you can access your folders without needing a pc. Hope that helps. :-)
