I am really digging certain parts of this phone. I like that it is a four-inch screen, and that it has NFC. If it came stock with ICS, I would like it more (although it will likely get upgraded to that). I am concerned about the low RAM though. What do you guys think?

It is what it is for a mid range phone and I do wonder how the 512 MB will come into play for future software upgrades.
