    Data Saver

    I just got Ice Cream Sandwich on my phone. Before the new operating system there used to be a setting called data saver that made sure you didn't download unless you're on wifi and did various other things. I can't find this setting on Ice Cream Sandwich, it must be there does anyone know where it is?
