    You could also go to dvdvideosoft.com and get some youtube videos. Thats what i use for my current phone, but it should work for the backflip too.

    Motorola has a software, MediaLink. Haven't used it, so no idea how well it works. Can be downloaded here.

    I've downloaded Moto's software but haven't figured out how it works yet... Anyone used this yet?

    I have used Motorola's MediaLink several times, it works ok. My problem is when it converts the video, they don't convert to full screen. If you download mVideoPlayer, it will let you stretch the video out to the sides, which is a little better. Haven't found one that will make the video fill the whole screen yet.

    something that I've been using is WinX DVD Ripper from Digiarty. It's usually about 29 buxx, but the software authors often offer it for free. I've used it often for my blackberry and it seems to work for well for the B-flip. It's pretty easy just use the settings for the iWipe (as my friends and I have started calling it).
