First create a shortcut for adb.exe then edit it and add install right after the file name. Rename the shortcut to something like Android or Backflip.

Then copy the shortcut to the "send to" folder. In windows 7 its in

    C:\Users\%userdir%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windo ws\SendTo

another easy easy way to find the sendto folder is to type shell:sendto at the windows 7/vista run prompt.

once you have the new shortcut in the sendto folder you should be able to just rightclick >sendto > android to copy the .apk file to your backflip
EDIT: Please follow step 3 from the original poster (1st page, 1st post).

I have found another method as well

    1) Download PC Suite For Android | Software | PandaApp.com

    2) Install program.

    3) When PC Suite is running, you will notice the language is Chinese (or something related). At the bottom right of your PC in the taskbar, "Right click" the phone icon, and go to the ONLY menu option that has a sub menu. Hover over it and select "English".

    4) Your Android phone should be detected, and you can now manage your phone.

    5) While having PC Suite open, click the "Apps" icon and let it load. Select "Installed" at the top left, so you can view your installed apps. Click "Add" and select the .apk you have downloaded. PC Suite will install the application for you, and you will now see it on your phone!

I hope this helps people out as well. Enjoy!

Just follow steps 1-3, and then find the icon that says Install App, navigate to the apk file and click it then DroidExplorer will install it. Its super simple. Theres really no need for a youtube video.
