I would think this thread on HOW TO install non marketplace apps would be in the HOW TO section, but...

Anyway in addition to the SDK and the Panda/ non-marketplace apps can be installed with Android Commander.
    Android Commander
I have found the tool to be quick and reliable.

    There is also Droid Explorer.
    Droid Explorer
Droid Explorer has plenty of other features and plugins but I have found it to be slow to start and more buggy. I have found that it seems best to start DE without the phone plugged in, then refresh and connect.

This is technically considered development and hack. So we put it in this section. Any hack in this section could almost be considered a how to if you think about it but we like to keep the hacks in there own section.

I have 9 lockerz invites if interested PM me.

just a heads up. Read on another forum that the droid explorer tool was causing some, and I emphasize SOME backflips to brick.

I have found another method as well

    1) Download PC Suite For Android | Software | PandaApp.com

    2) Install program.

    3) When PC Suite is running, you will notice the language is Chinese (or something related). At the bottom right of your PC in the taskbar, "Right click" the phone icon, and go to the ONLY menu option that has a sub menu. Hover over it and select "English".

    4) Your Android phone should be detected, and you can now manage your phone.

    5) While having PC Suite open, click the "Apps" icon and let it load. Select "Installed" at the top left, so you can view your installed apps. Click "Add" and select the .apk you have downloaded. PC Suite will install the application for you, and you will now see it on your phone!

I hope this helps people out as well. Enjoy!
1st step to "stickin' it to AT&T! Thanks for the help!!! Works great if the steps are followed. I found many useful tools in that program.

For some reason the 64 bit drivers wont install on my pc?
It says "this installation package is not supported by this processor type."

This may be a stupid question but here goes anyway...
Aren't we to install the drivers on the PC first?

I'm also getting this message when I try to ope SDK setup

"Failed to fetch URL https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/re...repository.xml, reason: HTTPS SSL error. You might want to force download through HTTP in the settings."

Are you actually running a 64 bit OS? (I don't mean to sound rude) If so, and it's not working, have you tried the 32 bit drivers? They should be the same thing pretty much

Yes you'll need to install the drivers first.
(I'm not sure if you'll need those drivers to use PC Suit though.. I don't think I had them when I created that guide).
