Thats wierd.. I keep seeing people say how they have to constantly kill the AT&T apps..
On mine, the only time I will see them is when I start up the phone. If I kill them with a task killer, they never show up again unless I reboot or shut down the phone and start it back up.

I did try to update. It says I am already up to date.

This may be a little off topic but when I do Settings > About > Update, I get an error screen that says:

"The upgrade attempt has encountered an error due to failed log in.

    Please try again later."
And I have to touch the "Ok" button there in order to move on.

What does that mean to me? The update server is down and everyone gets this message? Or the Motoblur account that I'm using isn't working, somehow? Or something else?

As far as I know, everything on the phone is working fine. I'm just a little concerned that something's not right and I might run into trouble later.

I'm a firm believer in 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'.

If ocean11 isn't having any problems, maybe he should just wait until Motorola releases their next (first?) update and he can catch up with everyone else then.

Fooling around with it in the meantime might just screw something up. And I'm just not seeing any compelling reason to take that risk.

    Just something to think about...

    New blur

I've posted on m3, as soon as someone instructs me on how to extract, I'll do just that.
