IF you have a telus milestone could you please do the following:
Anybody with the Telus version can google and download RSD Lite (version min 4.5.7), connect the phone to PC and open RSD Lite? What does it say under flex version?

Has there been a successful dump of a Telus ROM yet? Some are needing to re-flash, and there doesn't seem to be one anywhere.

I don't believe the Telus has been captured yet, no.

Interesting. I have a Canadian friend I need to call. If I can get ahold of him, I might could get us a Telus ROM dump.

What exactly would a Telus ROM do for us? And wouldn't it be rendered useless if and when the 2.1 update comes out?

The Telus users that run into issues after rooting or after rooting delete a file they shouldn't have... they need a restore image to flash to recover a potentially non-working handset. If we could find one, then I, M3, or this forum could host it.

The Telus Backflip has had one service update since it came out, although i think it was limited to 100 people or something, is there any way to re-download it ( and save it on to my pc ) as it should have been an SBF.

I doubt the upgrade itself would have been released as an .sbf file. More than likely it was just an OTA update as were the ATT updates in the US. I believe that it is possible with RSDLite to do a dump of the phone to create an .sbf file. One would need a Telus phone in order to do this.
