Question I need help uninstalling an app called "quickoffice" and help with app icons

okay so I was on the internet on my phone, and I selected a link to go to a dictionary website because I needed to look up a definition obviously, and an app called "quickoffice" installed onto my phone and it deleted the icons that I had that display when you press the gray arrow on the right side of the screen. But if I go to manage applications, all of my apps are there but I can't access them. I tried to uninstall it and there is no uninstall option. the only options are: Clear Data, Clear Cache, Clear Defaults, and Force Stop. All of the options except for force stop are a dark red color and don't do anything when I press them, and when i press Force Stop, it doesn't do anything. If anyone has had the same problem and has found a way to fix it, please help. or if anyone has any info on this app can someone let me know? thanks.

This app was preinstalled by ATT/Motorola. It cannot be removed.

I have no idea why your apps would be missing from the app tray. Have you tried restarted your phone?

I can assure you though, that Quickoffice was preinstalled on your phone. You have have triggered a link to the app and it did some type of "first time use setup", but it has always been there. That is why it doesn't allow you uninstall it when you go to Manage Applications. The preinstalled apps cannot be uninstalled.
