You need to uninstall and reinstall your drivers. You may already have them installed, but the INI error is from corruption of a driver file. Uninstall and re-install RSDLite also.

If possible, also make sure your virus scanner is off. Virus scanners don't know what this software is, since it's not used mainstream. The scanner will sometimes quarantine important files needed for RSDLite to function, but which are totally and completely harmless.

I believe others have had difficulty with getting RSDlite to work on Win7. Also, I believe it is recommended to use a newer version of RSDlite than what you have.

    Hi,
I have tried the following but my phone doesn't looks like to accept it.
J+D+Power holding for a quick 1-2 seconds or holding for 30seconds... my screen remains black.

I tried without and with the USB cable plugged in.

    Alway black screen...

removed the battery and hold power for 30 seconds.
put back battery and try the same J+D+Power... Nothing, only black screen.

I bought my cell 2 days ago I will maybe go and see Telus and say the phone stopped working but in the meantime if anyone has a clue for me please help!

I can hear the front touchbutton beeping but that's it. Nothing more than a black screen.
    Thanks.

Interesting. It's a complete black screen? Does it boot at all?

Yup black screen. Finally went to telus and they change it, I have it for only 2 days hehehe!!!!

Anyone with Telus Canada uses the eclair rom "Android 2.1"?? What have you specifically done as steps? I did flash the latest 1.5.2 and it was a boot loop motorola logo.. I did flash the radio then flash 1.5.2 without rebooting between the 2 ... then it was black screen when rebooting. If anyone can clear me the steps please!

    Thanks!

Which version of Backflip do you have (ie what carrier)? Also, which version of firmware were you running and what version did you try to flash?

Did you bother to read the instructions? It clearly says that if you are on Android 2.1 you cannot flash back to 1.5 without breaking everything. There is a hacked .sfb file somewhere I believe that someone has hand edited that may allow you to go back to 1.5.

**EDIT** Actually I may have saved it on Mediafire. You can try to flash http://www.mediafire.com/?i83hkt60z6r with RSDlite, though I take no responsibility for what may happen.
