No, I'm from India. This problem occurs when phone was in default firmware so I tried to flash the firmware but same problem.
And the phone is not in warranty now I had given it service center but they don't have any solution for this. What would I do now?

If you followed the directions in the OP to the letter, and a service center was of no help on the issue... there's not really much else to do. You either have a corrupted bootloader, or a faulty phone in general.

Well, if your Backflip isn't an ATT Backflip and it appears you have flashed the ATT 2.1 firmware it's very possible you may have bricked your phone. You can try to flash the firmware for your region/carrier (which WILL NOT be 2.1) to fix the bootloop/freezing, but outside of that there isn't much else can be done. From ModMyMobile you need the Indian firmware which does not run Motoblur.

This is presuming that you are using an Indian Backflip since you said you were in India.

If it comes down to the phone being rendered completely useless, you can try flashing the Italian radio and then maybe the Italian firmware. I have no idea if this will help things or if it'll only make it worse, but at this point I'm out of suggestions. Sorry.

If you are able to root (or if the phone is already rooted) you can flash it using a custom recovery. You can find a link for it in the thread for j_r0dd's Preclair, here. If your phone isn't rooted you can try just downloading the Italian firmware and flashing that.

Again, I don't know that this won't make things worse for you, but if you don't know what else to do and are at the point of giving up, it might be worth a try.

[FLASH SUCCESS, BUT UNABLE TO GET PAST ATT LOGO]

Somehow I got stuck in infinite bootloop flashing 6.1 , not sure how, did everything properly, and now I used this ROM recovery, followed all exact steps and for some reason when it boots, it'll get stuck at the ATT globe, the sound cuts off, I let it sit there for a while and nothing happened.

I want to know how to charge my battery safely, since I'm dangerously unsure what my battery level is and constantly doing this will run my battery down, and won't be able to attempt anymore..

I am located in the USA using a US phone. It was stock 1.5 firmware, unable to confirm versions/numbers because well..yeah. lol.

    Someone help, please.

Ok, so after trouble getting it to actually flash, I got it to flash. It's saying Executed 100% please manually power up this phone. the phone won't respond to anything. it went to reboot during all of this and never came back. anyone ever have this issue? The power light is blinking, and that's about all I see.

It sounds like either a corrupted download or just a bad flash. I would try to download it again and then reflash.
