CyanogenMOD Won't Work Anymore

So here's the thing, I bought my backflip via Ebay, it came from AU, until here everything looks ok. 2 weeks ago i discovered that i can install the 2.3.7 android, with the cyanogenmod, so I did it. I followed every single step and it worked, installed radio update, the last cyanogen release and everything was ok, until the camera flip bug So like a child I thought I could revert everything back, with the original system, I did the restore from the loader and the phone did the bootloop, then I flashed with the AU firmware and now I'm trying to install it again, tried everything but no luck :/ can you guys help me? Thanks

PS: I've noticed an strange bug, now after the factory flash every time I reboot my cellphone it does an factory reset (it turns on, get in android, then reboot again before I can touch something, it does a "reset" and my phone goes back to factory stats [ erases wifi and goes back to english { I'm brazilian } but the apps still there ] )

I'm trying to install the cyanogen again, but it only gives me the boot loop ( motorola "M" screen, then the android logo and then it reboots again)

There's the problem, I followed these steps one by one and get the M screen, android logo and then boot loop

Tried but no luck :/ what "wipe-ext" actually does? After the factory flash (BACKFLIP & MOTUS firmwares Superthread [ Optus Australia 0.2.9]) with RSD Lite I can't install any android mod :/ all of them just give me the boot loop, I can root my phone, install the j_r0dd loader, wipe everything, install the rom, but after the reboot it only does the boot loop ( android screen, then reboot)
