    Tell me about it! Imagine, I go in there to exchange a crappy phone and their systems are down, if that isn't a sign, I don't know what is!!

    Same thing happened to me after about a month of usage -- it gave off tons of heat and wouldn't hold a charge. Either there's something wrong with the batteries in this model or there's a bug in the OS (or an app) that causes high background power usage even when the phone isn't in use. My phone, before I exchanged it, would go from 100% to dead in about 2.5 hours -- just sitting on the table.
