Home Stopped Unexpectedly Error

I just got my phone today. Got Motoblur set up and added Facebook and Twitter. Well, I keep getting this "The application Home(website)has stopped unexepectedly. Please try again" It asks for a force close and never goes away. I can't get to anything except my messages. I don't know what I did wrong...please help! Thanks

[Unexpected]

Oh my goodness- glad to know there's someone else experiencing the same issue as me.
I bought my Backflip from Amazon.com and I just got it today. I first turned it on and created a Motoblur account. Then I can't even get to the home screen without this message popping up and saying- process com.motorola.blur.home) has stopped unexpectedly. Force Close.
I have to Force Close and it keeps coming up. All I can do is press web and messages from the keyboard. This freaking sucks.

News! I talked to a chat rep from Motorola and they made me do a factory reset. Didn't work. BUT he said that this is a known issue that is going on with Backflips being set up today and should be fixed in 24 hours. So I hope we can actually play with our new phones soon :/

Yea, I googled the problem and found out how to do a reset myself. It worked for me and I can actually call ppl haha...lovin the phone so far!

I bought my phone on 6-14 too, and have been having that problem. I can only access the web and search by keyboard.

The master reset didn't work.

I think I tried it at least 3 times before it worked. You just have to keep messing with it. I think I spent 5 hours total trying to figure it out. Try pushing the volume the other way on that step. That's what I was doing wrong.
