Time constantly goes 4 mins ahead!!!

My Backflip has an issue in which every two or three days, it would jump four minutes ahead of the regular time. What can I do to fix this?

I've noticed this from time to time( no pun intended) , is it a GPS thing, I have no idea , when it happens I will power off and on and it rights itself.

I recently downloaded an app called clocksync , seems to help keep it in check, it claims to synchronize phone time with atomic time.
