    Google Maps is dead.

So starting yesterday, when my phone boots, I'm immediately greeted with a force close message for Google Maps. I get this same message every single time I try to open the program. Since it's one of the built-in ones, I can't uninstall and reinstall. What can I do to fix this? GM is like 50% of what I do. It helps me figure out the right bus and train to take to get places.

Have you done or changed anything on the phone when this started happening?

You can try to go to Settings -> Application Settings -> Manage applications -> Google Maps -> Clear Data

If that doesn't work, the only other thing I could think of since as you mentioned you can't uninstall and reinstall the app, would be to do a factory reset on the phone if you don't think the problem was caused by another app you had installed/removed or a change you've made to the phone.
