Problems syncing music to my Backflip

I am so aggravated! I use Windows Media Player version 12 to sync songs to my Backflip. It seems like some files will copy over with no problem, but about 40% of the songs on my computer will not sync. Sometimes even within the same album some of the songs will sync and others wont. The ones that won't sync aren't protected and they are just regular .mp3 files. The songs that won't sync to my phone WILL sync to my cheap-y mp3 player, so I know there is not a problem with the file itself.

Can someone please help? It seems like half the time my computer will not recognize that the phone is connected in the device manager, and I sometimes have to exit out of media player and restart it to get it to recognize the phone is connected.

Are there drivers or something I need to download to my computer to fix this problem or is it something else? It is so annoying to download music and then it won't sync!

^Either that, or use Motorola Media Link.

Hello, could you learn to be patient and give people more then an hour to reply? Some of us dont scour the forums daily hitting the refresh button 24/7.

@Marvin, personally I use /sdcard/audio for my music, and /sdcard/ringtones for ringtones.

Tech9, I waited 5 DAYS, not an hour to ask if anyone had a response. That doesn't seem unreasonable.
