Just to echo Joe, I would take the phone back to ATT if your 30 days isnt up, or call Moto. You can try telling moto a store rep told you they(moto) would over night one to you. It worked for me, but in my case a store rep really did tell me they should over night me one...I personally though Moto has some never trying to charge me $12 to ship me a new phone that I believed, at the time, was a problem with the phone itself. Later on it came to light that it seemed to be a bad app causing my problem, but even Mark @ the moto forums couldnt figure that out at the time. Part of the problem was also that Moto didnt have enough since to actually post proper factory reset instructions. The original instructions on there site were wrong...and imo thats just pathetic.
