    Random Questions

I'm a new user and just had 3 random questions.

    1) Is there anyway to turn off the green LED light from coming on when the battery gets lower than 15%. Its quite annoying.

    2) Do you need to manually delete texts. I'm using handcent and I have gotten up to about 1000 texts. I don't know how much memory it has and whether I should be clearing them out at all

    3) Is there anyway to save/lock regular SMS text messages?

    1. At this time, im pretty sure there is not.

    2. Yes you should do this on any phone from time to time.

    3. When viewing a text, I think you can save it by hitting menu-more-> Save MMS.

I wish I could help you, smiley224. But I haven't had a lot of experience yet with the things that you've asked about.

I don't let my battery get that low without plugging it in somewhere for a while. Either connecting it to a PC with the USB cable like when I'm at work or a wall socket with the charging cord when I'm at home. By the way, there's car charger cables available for when you're in between.

Also, when you pull down the announcement/alert screen you can long touch on the conversations there and delete them. I think that's all you need to do to avoid filling up the phone.

And I think you can save them the same way.

    Hope some of that helps.
