    Multiple Email problem

    Hi all,
I have sync'd up my 3 email accounts with little problem. My question is this: the From email address when I send a new email from the phone only displays the email address of the last account I set up. How can I get my phone to make sure and display the proper 'from' address when sending an email?

i.e. Added gmail account, added private email, added yahoo email. When I send from gmail account it shows the yahoo email as the from?

Any help is appreciated....Thanks in advance.

Try this, starting from the Home screen:
    1) Tap "Messaging".
    2) Tap the Menu button or key
    3) Choose "Messaging Settings".
    4) Choose "Email"
    5) Scroll to the bottom
    6) Choose "Default email account"
    7) Choose an email account from the list
    8) Tap "OK"
    9) Tap the Home button or key

Does that do what you want?

I dont want to speak from him, but it sounds like he wants the email reply to come from the account that it was received in, as opposed to every email from his phone coming from a default account.

i.e. 1)Email comes into private account, reply goes out from private account, email comes into Google, goes out as from google.

2)Instead it sounds like, email comes into google account, goes out from "Default" which is the yahoo account.

Is there any way to set it up like example 1? I would rather have it happen like 1

I don't know that the default app would support that. You may be able to look at something like K-9 Mail.

Zappcatt is correct. I have my default mail account set to my private email and it still sends it out under my gmail account. I will look into K-9 Mail and see if that will do the trick.

    Thank you for the responses.
