Waiting for it to finish to see what kind of difference this makes.

I'm really diggin it. Seems much snappier and battery life went up despite me leaving gps on.

It seems like its better at closing out programs then before.

Every time I check for an update my phone says no update available. I don't understand why my phone isn't able to find the update. I don't have the data package so I only use wifi to connect to the internet. I don't think thats the problem though because I've updated my phone before. Does anyone know why I can't find the update?

The update was 'rolled out' and not available in all areas at the same time, so it may not have gotten to your area yet.

Sometimes turning the phone off then on so that it has to acquire the network again helps.

Ok - I'm out of ideas.
I'm sure one of those were the problem.

I'm trying to get this update, but it's not working. I go into settings, about phone, hit systems update and get a little message that says, "The upgrade attempt has encountered an error due to failed log in. Please try again later."

I have a data package unlike Dunbar26 so that's not the problem.

Can anyone help? I have no idea what to do.

Agree with Marvin. Sounds like your Motoblur account may not be properly setup.

Anyone remember if the camcorder app had a zoom function? The day after upgrading to 13.37, I took my phone out to shoot some video and realized that there was no zoom control onscreen and the rocker switch was controlling ringer volume. My fuzzy memory isn't positive that there was a zoom function before, and I wonder if it was taken out. Is there anyone still on a pre-13.35 build that can confirm it?

I have the same problem ("The upgrade attempt has encountered an error due to failed log in."). I *used* to be able to check for updates. No idea what changed. I'm on WiFi. My Motoblur account is setup properly. What now?
