I did the update this morning. If I try to open a 3rd party text message (Handscent text) - it will eventually say "Not responding do you want to close" -
If I open the built in text message program - it will just spin & never let me send a text.
Any one having this problem?

you may need to do a factory data reset, it helps a lot of these issues. here's a thread about texting issues after the update from over at our sister site droidforums.net
Can't get text messaging apps to open after update
What's the point of doing system updates if you always have to do a factory reset? Seems a little ridiculous. The last phone that I had froze up when I did an update. These manufacturers need to get it together otherwise they will lose a lot of customers.
