Hey does anyone know when the ICS update will come out??? Or if. I can get it now.....also, anyone know about rooting this awesome phone??

Any word yet anybody? ? Cant wait for ICS any longer lol nd im kinda iffy on rooting nd messin my phone up, it would be my luck! So please any info would be greatly appreciated

ICS is suppose to be released in late june or in july this year for Droid Razr Maxx

As per the Verizon announcement, some users should start receiving the ICS update today (6/22), and they will push an OTA update out over the next few weeks.

Sorry still haven't posted a link to DroidForums, but the word over there is that the general OTA update has begun to roll out. Expect ICS soon!

Verizon emailed me this morning and stated that the update has begun to roll out, it is only sent to so many phones a day based on IMEI, and the updates are estimated to be complete by next week.
