I'm insured through Asurion, but they gave me the runaround when my DX was stolen last week.

I'm considering switching to Ensquared for my next phone.

If something is important, it should be insured. I need my phone for work, so if something happens to it, I need it as soon as possible. If you had a little box that made you money, would you insure it? My phone is a component to my metaphorical money-making box.

After looking through Craigslist, though, for my stolen DX, I'm considering just setting $250 aside for a swap next time.

Asurion replaced my BlackBerry Tour a little over a year ago (I cracked the screen) with lightening speed and no fuss at all. They sent a brand-new phone, too... no refurb!
