my motorola i1 camara wont work When i take a picture the phone reboot? need help cant use most of my apps without it please help!

Im having problems charging my phone it wont charge when i connect it to the charger i tired connecting it to the computer and it turns on but will not charge i have gotten it replaced due to the same reason and the new one they gave me had the same defects is there anything i can do to fix it

already tired resetting it both hard and factory i master cleared bought new battery idk what to do anymore
