Question App is running for more than 45 minutes and is consuming battery

    Hi,

I'm receiving a recurring message on my Milestone 2.

"Tasker" is running for more than 45 minutes and is consuming the battery.
Would you like to kill this application?

    YES | NO

It is very annoying because I always reply No and I keep getting the message all the time. Everytime I turn my screen on there it is the message again.

Is there anyway to disable this?
I'm sure Tasker is no consuming too much battery. It is in fact helping to save battery, since without it my battery last 1 day and with it lasts 3 days.

This is not a Tasker problem, other people had the same message with other applications. I just don't know what is triggering this message and how can I disable it.

Are you running an app that's giving you that message or is it something on the phone?

It is an internal app/service. Not something I installed, but probably come with Droid 2 (Milestone 2).

I killed this app/service and now I didn't got this message over a day.

But how can I look at the internal name, so I can search and see what the app is for? Because maybe if I kill it, it will probably affect other things.
