Another problem

Ive just gotten Photon 4g and am trying to access the Navigation icon, it comes up and tells me I have to update, push that button and it goes to a screen preparing to download and that is all it does.

Take it in to a Sprint repair center. First try to redownload from market.

Have you tried going to the market and press menu/My Apps and see if you can update it that way?
