need help my xt720 briced

This is a discussion on need help my xt720 briced within the Motorola XT720 forums, part of the Motorola Android Phones category; guys my phone suddenly stard like this.... any idea how to fix it??? it just happen when i plug in the battery.... without any pushing ...

    need help my xt720 briced

    guys my phone suddenly stard like this....

    any idea how to fix it???

    it just happen when i plug in the battery.... without any pushing combination bottom... on the phone....n my RSD Lite 4.9 did not detect my phone....please guys...help me....

    Make sure you've installled Moto USB drivers.

    Get it here.

    After installing drivers, RSD Lite should Detect your device as S OMAP3440 or something similar to this.

    already down load n install, restart my pc n RSD Lite don't read my phone...

    I couldn't get RSD to detect my Phone om my Win7 64 laptop, but it worked fine on my XP Machine.
