    Do not order from Case-Mate

Horrible customer service. I ordered a Gelli case for my Nexus One June 17th, but it was never shipped out. I called this morning and instead of admitting they made a mistake they said there was a "glitch" in the system and it would get sent out today.

It's like the old saying, "It's not the crime, it's the cover-up". Pretty pathetic if you ask me.

If I were to follow this logic I would never order anything from ANY vendor. I've had an issue like this with EVERY vendor I've ever dealt with at some point or another.

Agreed....I'd say that this falls under the "stuff happens" clause of Murphy's Law.

You guys don't think it's strange that I sent them an email last week, never heard anything, then called them this morning and they suddenly realize there is a "glitch" and send it out that day?

I mean they could have offered to overnight it, or, at least, apologize. They just acted like it was ok.

    Horrible customer service.

Update: they actually just got a hold of me and finally admitted they made a mistake and refunded me for the case.

So, they're not so bad. Keep ordering from them.

Believe it or not, sometimes the only way a company is made aware of a problem is when the customer calls in. With an automated ordering system, things CAN and DO get lost in there.

    Voice of experience here.

I work for a retail store (that even has international stores) and I have had a few issues with product orders that no one knew about until the customer called in.
