BOUGHT IT! Got the email that it was in the market just before 3AM, and sure enough, it was. This app is WAY faster and better looking than the one on my iPod Touch 2G!

This one's gonna get used a LOT! Thanks, Sling!

Hmm, network download speed of 150kbps or higher required. I'm only getting around 100kbps. Wonder if that's enough to stream...

Yes, it works over 3G, and quite well, too!

Wow....that's really limited speed there! I ran a SpeedTest earlier tonight on 3G, and I got 3762 kbps down; and on wi-fi, I got 5277 kbps!

I would have serious concerns about this app at your speeds.

Cool. I shall be downloading this tonight.

Do you know if it has a buffer. For example, if you 'pause' live TV, then catch an underground train (where there's no signal), then the amount you've buffered can continue to play??

Yeah that's what I get for using a dumbphone web2go plan with t-mobile. It's cool, for $10 it's enough to fulfill my needs

Can you get us a video of your sling?

I have no idea how it would work under those circumstances. But if you're testing, I'd love to know!
