You think it sucks your battery? I've had blink for a few weeks now and it doesn't even register under battery usage. I've had times where my profile turns off sounds during the night so I can sleep and when I wake in the morning it will be blinking away with message and/or email alerts that came in during the night. So it was blinking away most of the night, yet didn't drain my battery.

Are you sure it was blink sucking your battery?

Not everything shows up in the battery usage. I'm very sure it was blink. I had already upgraded to FroYo. Had good battery life. Installed blink. Bad battery life. Removed blink. Good battery life again.

I agree with you. blink is just a small app, it has nothing to do with Good or Bad Battery. BTW Memory Booster can save battery life, maybe he should try memory booster if he want a good battery.

    works perfectly for me, nice.
except the blinking is not really fast even if I set it "very fast"

    1) The size of an app has nothing to do with how much power it uses.

    2) I don't need memory booster to get good battery life; all I have to do is uninstall blink.

For whatever reason, I found the "really fast" was the same as the default blink on my N1, but the "fast" worked great.

I wish there was a setting for e-mail and voicemail.
