i still prefer to run stock... or something that looks like stock. the stock froyo launcher would be better if it had the sense like expose thing... or a 3rd party launcher with that but with everything looking like stock.

if launcher pro could do the stock look perfectly without hampering performance i would be all over it.

anyone experience any lag (major or minor) when scrolling thru home screens?

I have minor lags... as compared to default home. minor, but still is a lag...
just like it wont scroll... until your finger moved a certain distance.

for default home, it almost moves as your finger moves.

please share and let me know how to fix it?

I already set "memory preset" to high.

    ---------------------------------------

    did some trial and errors.
performance improved a bit after i removed a rather big widget and disabled 'scrollable widget'...
    still mildly lagged...

Have you tried adjusting the settings under "Homescreens" in Preferences > Advanced settings? Try turning off "High quality scrolling" if it's on, and increasing "Minimum scrolling speed".

It might help. Although on mine I barely have to touch the screen to get it to move.

    interesting.
i have been playing with all kinds of setting these days hoping for a "smooth" launcher pro
and just now I unchecked the seting that I always thought it's important. Once I unchecked it, it became so smooth now.
it is the Advaced Setting > Memory Usage Settings > Prevent force-closes

try to check / uncheck it to see the difference
mine is smooth, so smooth now after i unchecked it.

    Just for sharing guys.

I paid for it. A few bucks to keep good apps like this in development is worth it! Use Paypal and enter the unlock code into LauncherPro to open the "plus" features (although I thought I read that there were going to be 2 different versions... maybe later??)
