Wait...so the CM6 rc2 that I got from the non–premium verson isn't the most current one?

Sorry, I'm new to this. Can you give me an example?

No, if you went to their link you got the same thing. This just lists the current roms on the Premium version for all popular roms that are out there. Here's the list on the download section:

    Download ROM:
CyanogenMod - Mods and bacon for Dream, Sapphire, Droid, and Nexus One
    Extras - Cool Stuffs
Stock Images - Revert back to stock phone images
Kmobs Kernel - Undervolted Kernels for the Nexus One
Pershoot - Customer kernels and other awesomeness

    Premium:
CyanogenMod Nightlies - CyanogenMod Nightly builds. Very experimental and probably broken. Do not report bugs for these builds.
Jairomeo - Thems for multiple ROMs
KrazyKrivda - Great themes and more
JsinLegacy - Custom Themes & Goodies
Matt4542 - A Rom compiled from CyanogenMod source with added features!

I uninstalled the standard ROM Manager so I'm going off memory of what wasn't on the free version. :nexusx:

That looks exactly like what's in the standard Rom Manager. So I guess the premium version just includes Nightlies, Jairomeo, KrazyKriva, etc...

Is there a big difference in Nightlies?

I haven't tried the nightlies yet. That'll be another day. Looking at the descriptions they appear tobe the experimental builds on new features.

The nightlies generally improve upon the one before it. RC3 is close. The more recent ones have 720p video.

Will I be able to get RC3 and all other future major CM updates with the free version? I'm trying to figure out why the premium version is $3.99.

I don't have Rom Manager, thinking about it, but really like Amon Ra and use to it.

I would think all Cyan roms will show there when available.
