LaucherPro - free or paid depending on which version you want -- This is my favorite "app" because of all the customization it offers, from homescreens to the dock to app shortcuts and so much more

Agenda Widget - free and pay versions -- I love this calendar widget, which is scrollable when used with LauncherPro. One drawback is how many customization options there are...it can be a little cumbersome to make it just like you want (although it is nice to be able to make it just how you like)

Opera Mini - free -- I like it much better than the stock browser and also better than the dolphin browsers

Notes - free -- just a simple app for jotting down notes, but very handy

Net Counter - free -- a great app to keep track of your monthly data usage

Handcent - free -- text messaging app that offers more features and is easier to use than the standard messaging app

I forgot about beautiful widgets. Love the small customizable clock and meteo greet widget. I like the way it opens calendar or alarms (or any other apps you set it to) when touching the time or date

Beautiful Widgets was the first app I downloaded when I got my Nexus...still love it.

I also use ADW EX Launcher...and love it, too! Has some great animations, and a hidden dock bar that's really handy.

Also really happy with the app announced here yesterday, Light Flow. It's replaced Blink for me, and lets the trackball show alternating colors for notifications. Great work on this one!
