I used to use Agile Messenger for WM all the time, and loved it. So far I like it as a program, but it gets killed in order to make room for memory - it even gives you a message letting you know when it does this. It will connect to AIM, MSN, ICQ, Yahoo!, Jabber, GoogleTalk, and Facebook.

Thing is...It costs something like $45. It's currently in beta, so it's free for now.

That would be great for work as long as my company IT doesn't find out about it and only I know about it. Or else they might as well give me a pager.

does anyone have a recommendation for an app that increases your number of screens, BUT, gives you the option to leave everything else default? I found launcher++ but even that changes the bottom to a pull out drawer

Photoshop is a good simple app to edit photos. It doesn't have as many features as the main PS on computers but it lets you play around with your mobile pics a little.
